本科曾在南京理工大学和台湾国立东华大学学习新闻传播与华文文学，2022年毕业于英国皇家艺术学院艺术硕士摄影方向，同年与艺术家唐稹合作创建等于零Zero艺术平台，梳理、传播国内丰富艺术作品，致力于成长为一个新鲜开放的艺术空间。其创作方向主要以摄影、电影和写作为主，她在自然、记忆和女性疾病等话题方面展开探索，建立与周围环境敏感的联系和想象，叙说有关对时间、精神与身份的反思。对事物神秘的感知和隐喻手法持续在她的图像语言中溶解，安溯的作品也致力于捕捉诗性与视觉之间的交涉。
作品曾在国内外零散展览和报道，自出版摄影书籍「A Letter-I haven’t seen the ocean untill my 19」被Odunpazari Modern Art Museum收藏，短片「山外山-The Distant Mountains」入选英国2022年 The Fifth New Photography Prize奖项，并于2023 Format Photography Festival展出。
An Su was born in Sichuan, Jianyang, and is currently working and living in Chengdu.
She is a visual artist mainly working with photography, film and text, exploring the research of nature, feminism, Postmemory and disease, using specific events and sensitive emotions to start collective narration and historical reflection. She graduated from MA photography at the Royal College of Art in 2022, before that, she studied journalism and literature respectively in Nanjing and Taiwan, which influenced her involvement in visual art and poetics. The transcendental perception of nature with mysterious imagination is constantly dissolved in her works, her work has always been drawn to poems that contain, within meditative movements, a hint of narrative and a textured visual myth.
An Su's work has been published on Chip Foto-Video Digital, Source Magazine, and exhibited in A Fragile of China (London.2021), Gwangju International Art Fair (Korea.2020), Photo London 2021. In 2022, her self-published photography book「A Letter-I haven’t seen the ocean until my 19」 was selected for the collections of Odunpazari Modern Art Museum, and her film 「The Distant Mountains」 was selected for The Fifth New Photography Prize and Collection and exhibited at 2023 Format Photography festival.
